- Frame is constructed of heavy duty 3/8" steel plate sides
- Unscrambler style feed with four strands
- Electrical control and starter panel is pre-wired for fast installation
- Board specs - 30" to 60" long x 3" to 8" wide x 3/8" to 2 ½" thick
- Overview
- 30" to 60" long x 3" to 8" wide x 3/8" to 2 ½" thick
- Unscrambler style feed with four strands of #2060 chain and ½" tall dogs feed boards from a lower hopper singular and sideways through 8" diameter upper and lower spiral, nylon drum brushes
- Chains are powered by 2 HP motor and gear reducer with VFD for variable feed speed
- Brush arbors are powered by 2 HP motor and gear reducer
- Frame is constructed of heavy duty 3/8" steel plate sides
- Control and starter panel is pre-wired for fast installation
- Controls are provided including start stop buttons, overload protection and starters for two 2 HP motors with electrical requirements to fit your application
