GIARDINA DUALTECH 605 Automatic Reciprocating Sprayer:GIARDINA, model DUALTECH 605. Automatic reciprocating Spray Machine.System includes: -- In-feed roller conveyor with panel reading/detection 60-cell photodiode bar to monitor and regulate spray application, further maximizing application transfer efficiency. -- (2) Reciprocating trolleys with spray gun supports, and adjustable speed, providing a consistent speed and pattern across entire conveyor width. - Each trolley to carry (4) adjustable guns on each head (8 guns total). -- Two (2) coating circuits, suitable for solvent and water-based coatings. -- Motorized height adjustments of spray gun supports. -- Spray guns are independently adjustable in inclination; and manual adjustment. -- Through Feed Conveyor: Max. working width of 1,300 mm (51"), variable speed adjustable by means of an inverter. -- Synthetic Belt Conveyor: Ring-closed by means of an "overlapped" joint and with solvent-resistant surface treatment.Features: -- Total recovery of the lacquer deposited on the belt and cleaning of the belt with the possibility of reusing it in the spraying circuit. - Rapid repositioning of the conveyor belt system thanks to the special design of the frame. -- Air exhaust system and separation of the solid content from the air by means of two (2) suction boxes located on the two sides of the conveyor, equipped with high-efficiency twin Dry-Filters.
