COMEVA - NICRON DOOR PRO, ...CNC Door/Jamb Machining Center with Automatic Tool ChangerGantry style flexible Door CNC Machining Center which can machine Hinges, Locks, Grooves, Door Face Patterns and many similar applications. The advantage of this machine over the NICRON DOOR C is this model can also resize the doors and its ability to machine the top/bottom of doors with the 90° rotation feature. It also has a floating head for grooving designs on the door faces while compensating for uneven door surfaces. Specifications: -- Max. working area - door length on X-Axis is 118.1" (3,000 mm). Max. X-axis speed of 230 FPM (70 MPM). -- Max. door width on Y-Axis is 51.18" (1,300 mm). Max. Y-axis speed of 230 FPM (70 MPM). -- Max. travel on Z-Axis is 7.87" (200 mm). Max Z-axis speed of 98 FPM (30 MPM).Working Heads: -- The machine is equipped with: (1) 9 kW Vertical router head with a 5-position Automatic Tool Changer (ATC); (1) 3.5 kW Horizontal head with double-end output spindles and 0° - 90° rotation; (1) 3.5 kW Horizontal motor for the lock milling, and a 0.37 kW floating head motor for grooving patterns on the door face. All drives are powered by Servo motors, X- & Y-Axis movement are via Rack & Pinion; Z-movement is with a recirculating ball-shaft.Working table: -- Table work area is 51.1" x 118.1" (1,300 x 3,000 mm). Table equipped with: (2) Adjustable width bars and (6) suction cups Load wheels, regulated by (5) reference pistons that rise & fall to secure the workpieces. The bars have integral suction cups powered by a VENTURI vacuum system. To work with doors, the machine is equipped with stops and gaskets for securing the door. Stops are mobile, and they can be used to hold doors and other parts.Operator Control Panel/CNC: -- Floor-standing operator panel is mounted on casters and houses the PC & OSAI CNC control hardware. PC motherboard is an ''INTEL Atom" 1.6 GHz CPU, modular system that offers a solution for the control of Servo drives and distributed input/output modules in a digital field bus and integrated II/O's. The dual-axes gantry has a Velocity-Feed-Forward function (VFF) that tries to look ahead with 256 precalculated blocks. It also incorporates a firmness control (Jerk) of the axes through advanced algorithms as well as tool store management & tool life. Advanced NC control powered by OSAI which is set up to control the Interpolated axes and all machine functions.COMEVA Software: Specially developed COMEVA DOORS software allows the machining of the main designs of hinges and slots you may find all over the market, including the machining on the upper side/edge of the door. Software carries a series of predesigned macros that help the operator when performing the different operations, thus speeding up various job designs.
