STANMAC "MC/WB 300" Vacuum Coater; 3- or 4-sided coating. -- 8" Max. width x 2-1/4" max. height cap.; 24" min. length. -- Substrate enters vacuum chamber via 6" conveyor belt and passes through the coating; variable speed from 30 - 200 FPM as the substrate leaves the chamber. -- Negative pressure in the chamber keeps excess fluid inside resulting in 100% transfer efficiency; coating runs through several filters and is sent back to the reservoir for use again. -- Equipped with: (1) 15 HP Regenerative vacuum producer that holds fluid inside vacuum chamber; 15-gallon capacity reservoir; stainless steel vacuum chamber with adjustable substrate holddowns & guides. -- Equipped with: Air operated diaphragm Recycling Pump, high capacity fluid filter, separation tower with stainless baffle, and filtering system. -- Heavy gauge steel construction and free-standing control/operator panel. -- 100% Transfer efficiency; coating thickness controlled with a modulating valve & vacuum pressure gauge. -- Uses waterborne coatings for stains, primers, sealers, basecoats, topcoats, and even fungicides; can be used to coat most solid materials regardless of shape or length.
